Since I spent a long time in Kyoto, it was rare for us to even see each other during our junior days. (Sho-kun who is next to him says, "You thought Aiba would be more gentle?") I don't think that incident of Ohno leaving him to pay, would matter much to Aiba.
I've only realised of his split personality after his butai.
